■配属先ECS営業部インサイドセールス全体で30名（30代～50代男性中心）L部長、外勤営業21名、インサイドセールス3名、プロダクト担当5名
■入社後のイメージ：ケーブル保護管の中でもロボット向けに特化した特殊製品のため、入社後はまず社内研修にて一般製品の基礎知識も含めしっかり習得していただきます。
その後ヘルプデスク研修（お客様からの問い合わせ対応）で基本的な製品選定ができるようになったら、外勤営業と同行し客先での製品提案、場合によってはロボットへの組付作業の経験を積んでいきます。
最終的には同社製品のスペシャリストとして、これまでのロボット業界でのご経験を活かしながら、ロボット業界に特化した製品の拡販に向け戦略の立案、実行、及び技術対応まで自身で考え計画し活動していきます。
■働き方：内勤での技術対応をしながら、必要に応じて客先訪問し販売促進もしていく両方の動きをします。状況によって変化しますがイメージは内勤5割、外勤5割です。

チラーや制御機器、付帯設備（ポンプ・CT等）を含む省エネ・更新工事・サービス契約の提案営業
営業計画の策定・実行（ナーチャリング、パイプライン管理、受注・売上管理）
顧客フィードバックや商談内容の報告・CRMデータの蓄積と活用
サービス契約やレトロフィット案件の新規機会創出
フルフィルメントチームとの連携による課題解決、および重要顧客・緊急案件対応のリード
