6‐10名の会計／税務スタッフ（いくつかの監督者を含む）の業務を管理および指導。会計業務を行う際の指導および支援を提供。会計／税務業務手順およびSOXの遵守を確実にするために作業をレビュー。スタッフのスキルを訓練および育成し、業績を評価し、給与の引き上げを推奨。変化するビジネスニーズに対応するために人員配置の変更を提案。
米国および他国のコーポレートファイナンスと協力し、さまざまな財務および会計の問題についてコミュニケーションを取り、解決策を決定。
