【職務概要】システム設計開発全般を担い、顧客課題・ニーズを解決するために、業務の取り纏め者として、顧客課題を解決するシステム設計のプロジェクトの管理に対して責任を負う。
要求仕様からより具体的な仕様の策定を担当する。所属する組織の方針に基づき、開発工程の管理、組織内のメンバーの進捗管理、収支・資産の管理を行う。防衛省殿向け無線通信システム開発において、プロジェクトマネージャーとしてシステム開発・開発全体を取り纏める他、顧客への将来案件に対するシステム提案を取り纏める。

【職務詳細】①製品・ソリューション開発防衛省自衛隊の市場・顧客の要望等を調査し、顧客ニーズに合った製品とサービスを定義し、顧客へシステム提案を実施する。
②エンジニアリング・プロジェクト管理プログラムマネジメント計画の立案、開発工程の遵守、開発リソース管理、外部パートナーとのベンダー管理を実施し、プロジェクト運営を遂行する。
③予算編成と原価計算自身のプロジェクトの予算策定、外部からの調達、コスト管理を実施し、原価の進捗管理を遂行する。

【働く環境】当該設計部門は約90名体制であり、社員とグループ会社員は凡そ4：6の割合で構成されています。
部内でのプロジェクト担当グループは4グループで構成されています。
働き方については、出社頻度は多いですが、在宅勤務も可能としています。また、顧客へのシステム納入等のため、全国に点在する自衛隊基地への出張があります。

業務内容：
取引先の選定・交渉・契約購買戦略を策定し、優先サプライヤーとの関係強化や、取引先の統合・最適化を推進する。
ビジネスニーズを理解し、取引先選定に求められる要件を特定する。
IT領域における購買戦略に基づき、調達プロセスを実施する。
購買戦略実施における障壁を特定し、解決するための施策を設定する。
