「ネットワーク＆コンピューティング」「店舗デバイス管理」「コーポレートインフラ」
の3チームから構成され、企業全体のインフラ基盤を支えています。
今回のポジションは【コーポレートインフラのマネージャー】
で、これまで部分的に進められてきた基盤運用を、
ライフサイクル管理やルール策定を含めて一から整備し、部長と共にチームと組織の力を最大化していただく役割です。
チーム再編や仕組みづくりを通じ、企業全体の働きやすさ・安全性の確保と生産性向上に直結する基盤づくりを推進していただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
《チームの業務範囲》
ID／認証基盤：Active Directory、SSO、MFAなどの共通認証・認可の設計・運用、アカウント運用ルールや命名規則の統一
コラボレーション基盤構築・運用：
メール、グループウェア、チャット／会議ツール（例：Microsoft 365, Teamsなど）
PC・スマホの調達・セットアップ管理
社内ポータル、ナレッジ共有、タスク管理などの共通ツール導入・運用
ライセンス管理・全社利用ルール策定・利用部門との調整
ゼロトラストを前提とした基盤セキュリティ強化、ライフサイクル管理とライセンス最適化によるインフラレベルでのセキュリティの向上

チームメンバーの育成（役割・責任の明確化と自律的行動の促進、権限委譲による判断力・実行力の育成）
知識共有による属人化の脱却
SLA/KPIで運用・障害・進捗を数値管理
ベンダーとの優良な協業体制を構築
社内外のステークホルダーとの期待値の調整
