研究の進捗に関して委託者(海外顧客含む)に対して的確に報告する（30%）
プロジェクトチームおよびプロジェクト関連メンバーと良好な連携関係を築き、プロジェクトを迅速かつ効果的に推進する（10%）
最先端の計算化学の知識・能力を継続的に向上させ、新規コア技術の開発を通じて、創薬研究の質を向上させる (10%)
