■募集背景
同社は2030年までに大幅な事業規模拡大を目指しています。
また、お客様や社会の課題を解決するために、多様化する物流・人流ニーズへのソリューションとして、EV・コネクテッド・カーボンニュートラル等の商品・サービス対応も必要になっています。
中計目標達成のためには、海外CV事業における事業戦略機能の強化および同グループ全体の海外事業体の適切な在り方の検討が必要であり、我々と共にチャレンジしてくれる人財を求めています。

■ポジションについて
2030年を見据えた同グループ外事業の全体戦略を企画する中で、数多くある海外事業体の最適な在り方を目指し、中計目標の達成・既存事業の拡大に貢献する。

■具体的な業務内容

• 同グループにおける海外事業体の最適化に向けた事業統合の検討、実施及びPMI活動
• 個別案件のプロジェクトチームリーダーとして上記業務を主導

Requirements

• 日系・外資系問わず、グローバル企業における、海外事業会社のM&A・グループ会社統廃合に関連する事業企画・デューデリジェンス・会社統廃合実務・統合後のPMI活動などのプロジェクト主導経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
  • （TOEIC（R）テスト600点以上目安）
• 社内横断プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
