Responsibilities

• 同社グループにおける海外事業体の最適化に向けた事業統合の検討、実施及びPMI活動
• 個別案件のプロジェクトチームリーダーとして上記業務を主導

Requirements

求める経験：

• 日系・外資系問わず、グローバル企業における、海外事業会社のM&A・グループ会社統廃合に関連する事業企画・デューデリジェンス・会社統廃合実務・統合後のPMI活動などのプロジェクト主導経験

求めるスキル：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC（R）テスト600点以上目安）
• 社内横断プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメントスキル
