Responsibilities

グローバルトータルリワード全般におけるチームマネジャー業務および特に下記項目の制度構築・推進【役員報酬】

• 役員の報酬制度(Base, STI, LTI)、及びその評価KPIの企画・導入・運用
• 必要に応じた個別役員の報酬に関するサポート

【グローバルモビリティ】

• Global Taxベンダーマネジメント、Global Mobility Platformの導入
• グローバルポリシーの運用と、イレギュラーケース発生時の解決

【グローバル表彰】

• グローバル運用に適した魅力ある表彰制度及びプロセスの立案と導入
• Div. BU, Regionと連携し、表彰案件募集、審査、決定プロセスを運営

【チームマネジメントサポート・ピープルマネジャー】

• 部門オペレーション業務(ミーティング・予算・ベンダー対応等)
• 3名の部下のピープルマネジメント(業務管理・評価・報酬・育成等)

Requirements

必須条件:

• 日本語・英語がビジネスにて使用可能なレベル。TOEIC(R)テスト概ね800点以上の英語力のある方(メール、資料作り、英会話での打ち合わせが可能な方)
• 人事関連業務の経験があり、役員報酬やグローバルモビリティの経験のある方、またこれらの業務経験がなくても、グローバル新制度、新システムの導入、グローバルプロジェクトの経験がある方
