Responsibilities: Main responsibilities:
Ensure training deployment and manage the scheduling & costs by co-working with CC Development team to enhance usability of training for internal customers
Conduct Train-The-Trainer training for any internal customers (KA, GA, FS (Regional Field Planning Specialist), FSS, SiS, Café, CSC (3P))
Manage quality of training executions with single contact for global trainers (GTP, PTC) & alignment with external SMEs (Trainers)
Track training KPIs, including consolidating the feedback from participants
Manage the team to optimize outputs and engagement
Deploy training based on the set learning plan for commercial function and activate PDCA cycle as project lead.
