Responsibilities

新規事業立ち上げやM&Aに関するコンサルティング
上記に加え、クライアントとのJV設立や他事業会社への投資を 通じた事業開発を行う

■具体的なプロジェクト：
新素材の用途探索・市場参入戦略策定、 M&Aに伴う事業性評価、クライアントとのJV設立による新規事 業立ち上げ 等

Requirements

【ジュニアレベル】
■高いビジネスベーススキルを有する
（課題設定力と構造化力、ロジカルシンキング、数値の強さ、高い コミュニケーションスキル、ドキュメント作成力、認識力）
■オープンマインド、高い達成意欲、人間としての成熟

■コンサルタント、投資家、事業家の要素を一人の中で持ちたいと 考えている

【シニアレベル】
  ■上記に加え、コンサルティングファーム（戦略）や事業会社企画 部門での複数年の実務経験

【歓迎要件】
   ■英語、中国語での実務能力
