Company overview
We engage in marketing and sales promotion activities for imported cigarettes while manufacturing and selling tobacco products domestically in Japan. Alongside providing smoking products, we also dedicate efforts to developing smoking cessation support programs and new smoke-free alternatives. We aim to consider the health of smokers while fulfilling our social responsibility. Additionally, we work on providing information about tobacco regulations and health risks, conducting business activities with consideration for public health.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure training deployment and manage the scheduling & costs by co-working with CC Development team to enhance usability of training for internal customers
  • Conduct Train-The-Trainer training for any internal customers (KA, GA, FS (Regional Field Planning Specialist), FSS, SiS, Café, CSC (3P))
  • Manage quality of training executions with single contact for global trainers (GTP, PTC) & alignment with external SMEs (Trainers)
  • Track training KPIs, including consolidating the feedback from participants
  • Manage the team to optimize outputs and engagement
  • Deploy training based on the set learning plan for commercial function and activate PDCA cycle as project lead.
  • Co-create competency framework for commercial function with global CCCD and local development team and leverage it for creating competency-based learning path
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
  • Degree / Post-grad
  • Japanese - Native level (verbal, written, presentation)
  • English- Fluent (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Advanced communication with inspiration
  • Intermediate/Advanced analytical skill
  • Influence others. (To be a change agent to improve capability and way of work)
  • 3-5 years of experience in L&D field in FMCG industry 
  • Project Management Skills (Require PDCA creation)
  • High level of business understanding and perspective
  • Omni channel business experience (Sales, retail, digital/MK)
  • Collaboration with senior stake holders.
  • Drive for results

Preferred qualifications:
  • Digital knowledge is a plus
