■職務内容：
≪コンサルティングセールス≫
顧客の経営・事業・人事戦略に深く入り込みながら、サービスの活用支援をご担当ください。
また、サービスや営業戦略などもbildingの段階ですので、これらの仕組み作りにも深く携わっていただくことが可能です。
同社が目指すのは、単なる副業人材マッチングではありません。
顧客の経営課題や事業課題、人事課題を深くヒアリングした上で、手段として副業人材を活用し、本質的な課題解決に導いていくソリューションを提供しています。
あるときは顧客の新規事業をアイデア出しのフェーズから関わり、新規事業をローンチさせることもあれば、研究室やR&D部門で構想されている内容を事業化するための企画を練ることもあります。
決められたソリューションがなく、顧客の課題に合わせて自由度高く課題解決に導くことができるのは、同社のコンサルティングセールスの醍醐味です。

副業人材に門戸を開きたくても開けないでいる大手クライアントや自治体に向けて、
一歩を踏み出す支援を行いながら、サービス開拓を担っていただきます。
日本にはまだまだ副業が解禁されていない組織も多く、働き方への意識のアップデートが十分ではない状況です。
副業人材の活用や雇用形態にとらわれない柔軟な組織づくりを働きかけることで、少しずつ社会の働き方をアップデートさせていきたい。
BizDev担当は、影響力の大きい大手企業や自治体をターゲットとすることで、この壁を突破していきます。
既存サービス以外の新たなソリューションの企画・提案（副業解禁支援、制度設計支援など）、アライアンス設計など、ただのセールスで終わることなく、様々な手段で広くビジネス拡大、ブランド認知の拡大に携わっていただきます。
