- Responsibilities
- ロジックアナライザー、オシロスコープ、プロトコルアナライザーを使用して、メモリおよびストレージ製品に関連する複雑なシステムの問題を解決し、技術的なソリューションを提供する責任があります。さらに、東京CELラボの監督、監査の実施および機器の維持管理も担当します。
技術サポート: ロジックアナライザー、オシロスコープ、およびプロトコルアナライザーを使用して、メモリおよびストレージ製品（LPDDR5/DDR5/UFS/SSDなど）またはシステムに関連する問題を診断し、解決することで、お客様に専門的な技術サポートを提供します。
顧客とのやり取り: お客様と直接やり取りし、技術的な課題を理解し、指導を提供し、問題が迅速に解決されるようにします。
ラボ管理: 機器の設置、保守、整理を含むラボ環境を管理します。安全および品質基準に準拠していることを確認するために、定期的な監査を実施します。
文書管理: ラボ機器、構成、および顧客とのやり取りに関する正確な記録を維持します。必要に応じて顧客レポートを作成および更新します。
トレーニング: 機器やシステムの正しい使用方法や問題解決に関するトレーニングを、お客様、販売代理店、および同僚に提供します。
