- 〇インターナショナルなチームのリーダーシップ：日本本社のチーム（メンバー2名およびインターン）
ASEAN、中国、ヨーロッパ、インド、北米、南米の地域コミュニケーションエキスパート
〇外部コミュニケーションのコンセプト開発と管理：マネージメント、関係者、製品マネージメントと連携しながら、二輪車およびパワースポーツ製品のコミュニケーションプランの開発と実行をリード
顧客（共同マーケティング）やその他の外部ステークホルダーとのグローバルイベントの調整（展示会、会議、技術展示、ライディングイベントを含む）
グローバルなコンサルティング指導
ターゲットに向けた適正な資料やメディア制作指導
〇コミュニケーションのコンセプト開発と管理：グループのステークホルダーおよび従業員に対する内部戦略コミュニケーションのリード
ターゲットとチャネルの特定と管理を含む、内部コミュニケーションのためのグローバルコミュニケーション戦略の作成と実施
中央のステークホルダーとの交流を通じて、同社の一部としての包括的な戦略コミュニケーションのためのコンセプトとアプローチの開発
