顧客にチームでPMOとして入り、顧客プロジェクトの課題設定・ソリューション提案などを行います。
■業務内容：●顧客課題解決のご提案、さらにプリセールスやPMOサービスとしての基盤作り、サービスの拡大を行います。
リード獲得/アポまでは営業部隊が対応します。当チームは、プリセールスとしてプロジェクトを担当していきます。
顧客から課題・要望などをヒアリング、支援作業、作業ボリューム調整、提案活動を実施します。
受注後はPMOチームを組成し、案件を推進。チームでの役割分担は、メンバーの特性や経験を活かせるアサインを行います。
●PMOとして顧客に寄り添い、DX案件の立ち上げなど戦略的なPMO活動を担います。
●案件獲得後は、プロジェクトのPM、PMOとして参画頂き、顧客の課題解決を推進します。PMOコンサルとして、別案件へ取り組むことも可能です。
●キャリアパスとして、組織マネジメントへキャリアアップを図ることも可能です。

＜大手製薬のプロジェクト推進支援＞
顧客内で複数の大型PJTを平行して推進していたが、進捗管理、課題管理が適切に行われておらず、プロジェクトが遅延している状態であった。運用フロー、ドキュメントフォーマットを整理して誰がボールを持っているのか、なぜ遅れているのか等を明確にし、会議運営も改善したことにより遅延解消につなげる。
