Responsibilities

歯科材料事業の日本市場向けマーケティング施策のうち、歯科医師などの専門家と連携しながら、新製品上市や販売促進活動を通じ、業界および顧客である歯科医療従事者に新たな価値を提供するチームのリーダーを担う役割です。【具体的な業務内容】

• 顧客ニーズに基づいたマーケティング戦略の立案・実行
• 歯科医師などの講師陣との関係構築・定期訪問・情報共有
• 代理店営業担当および販売代理店の販売促進活動の支援
• グループの担当としての情報提供・連携強化
• 新製品・主力製品のプロモーションツールの企画・制作・管理
• 歯科医療従事者向けセミナーの企画・運営
• 展示会・学会などのイベント出展企画・顧客対応

Requirements

必須要件:

• 大卒以上
• 歯科または医療機器業界での従事経験
• 英語力 初級レベル（目安：TOEICスコア600以上）

歓迎要件:

• 歯科関連会社の従事経験
• 企画力：販促企画立案など、マーケティング的な視点での活動経験
• 市場分析スキル：市場調査や情報収集をもとに戦略を考える経験
• 対人スキル：立場の異なる相手とも適切なコミュニケーションが図れること
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語力
• プレゼンテーション能力（資料作成含む）
