- 所属する監査法人内でのDX推進プロジェクトだけでなく、自社のDX推進経験を活かした外部企業向けのDX関連サービスのデリバリー、双方を経験できます。
■監査法人内のDX推進プロジェクト「アシュアランスイノベーション」の推進支援：
当監査法人内のデータとテクノロジーを活用したサービスへの変革に関して、DX推進企画の立案、実行に一貫して関与いただきます。
新たなDX推進企画やイノベーションプロジェクトの提案
AI、ブロックチェーンなどクライアントが先端テクノロジーを活用したビジネスを導入する場合におけるリスクの検討
同社グループ内連携、同社のグローバルネットワークとの連携含む、監査法人のDXに関する成長戦略の策定と遂行等
■外部企業向けのDX関連サービス「Digital Trust」のビジネスケースの調査とデリバリー体制の構築：
グループ内のコンサルティングチームとともに、データとテクノロジーを活用したDX関連サービスの市場開拓、新規サービス開発とデリバリー体制の整備まで、一貫して関与いただきます。
データとテクノロジーの活用に対するDX関連サービスに関するビジネスケースの検討や市場動向に基づくソリューション開発の提案、デリバリー体制の構築
監査で培ったアナリティクスをデータドリブン経営に活かすためのアナリティクスSaaSモデルのデリバリー体制の構築
上記DX関連サービスの成長戦略の策定と遂行等
