- Responsibilities
- クレーム、調査、是正措置の実施に対応して適切なリードタイムと高品質レベルを確保するために、顧客に対する8Dレポートのリーダー。顧客からの苦情に起因する8D方法論の適切な実行に関する部門横断チームのリーダー。
工場のQRQCの推進役として、障害の症状に応じて適切な機能が関与するようにします。
品質関連のITシステム(IQOS、Salesforce)内で品質コーディネーターの役割を果たします。
顧客への悪影響を最小限に抑えるために、必要な封じ込め措置を調整します。
フロントエンド機能と緊密かつ積極的に連携して、アプリケーションでの製品の使用状況を理解し、顧客製品満足度の向上に貢献します。ローカル検査センターをサポートして、顧客への有効かつ迅速な対応を確保します。
顧客からの苦情に起因する生産の品質レッドアラートを開始し、BCWのトレーニングを実施します。
顧客の品質関連データを維持し、経営陣とステータスを共有します。
