Responsibilities

• 電動機や変圧器を中心に、同社グループの製品群に対応した絶縁技術を研究開発していただきます。

【職務詳細】[リサーチ]

• 新製品開発において、高度な実測とシミュレーションにより、製品の目標を達成する絶縁信頼性/診断技術を開発します。

[イノベーション]

• 製品に結び付く新たな導入技術や社外協創先を提案します。

[デジタライゼーション]

• 森羅性データや診断結果をデジタルで融合し、現象の把握・予測を通じて、新たなバリューチェーンを提案します。

Requirements

必須条件:

• 電磁気学、高電圧工学に関する知識
• 高電圧実験、電界解析の経験（2年以上）
• TOEIC(R)テスト650点以上（海外出張、論文読解、メール作成などに支障のない英語力）

※絶縁技術の知見がない方でも上記に該当すれば応募歓迎します歓迎条件:

• 高電圧・絶縁関係の研究・開発経験
• 学会での発表や論文の投稿実績
• 高電圧機器、電気回路、絶縁材料、帯電・放電現象に関する知識
