Responsibilities

モールドグループはオペレーター、金型班、機械班の3部門で構成されています。
その中で、金型班は成形品を形成する金型のメンテナンスを担当するチームで、
基本的には8h勤務の日勤で対応しています。
業務は金型の洗浄/クリーニングや部品の組換えや金型修理を行い、
生産に寄与させることが主であり金型の修理時には必要に応じて研削加工を行う事もあります。
オペレーターや機械班と情報を共有する機会が多くあり、専門知識を高めていけます。
また、モールドグループの製品の一部は完成品となり最終工程となりますのでとても重要な工程となります。
工場においても、フレックス制を採用しており、生活と仕事を両立させやすい環境です。

■具体的な業務内容

• モールド金型のメンテナンス業務
  • 縦型射出成形機(18tクラス)への金型載せ降ろし業務
  • 成形金型洗浄および組換え業務
  • 成形金型修理及び金型部品研削加工業務
• インサートモールド金型改善業務
  • 改善に関する各種打ち合わせ業務
  • 外部へのベンチマーキング（必要に応じて）

Requirements

■必須

• 各現場との調整が出来るコミュニケーション能力
• 基本的には座り仕事になるので集中して長時間細かい仕事が出来る方
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキル
• 日常会話レベル以上の英語スキル
  • 海外工場とのコミュニケーションが必要なケースや、海外出張の可能性もあります。
  • ※会社から英語学習（通信教育・オンライン英会話等）のサポートも有ります。

■歓迎

• 射出成型技能士2級以上
• 機械加工平面研削盤技能士2級以上
• 平面研削盤作業のご経験
