- 入社後はいずれかのエンジン機種担当として、航空機（戦闘機・哨戒機・練習機・ヘリコプター等）用エンジン及び各種部品における改良設計を行っていただきます。エンジンには海外ライセンス製品と同社が独自に設計している製品があり、顧客からの要望や海外情報を踏まえた部品の寸法や表面処理などの細かい設計変更・図面改訂から、機種によってはエンジン全体に関わる大きな設計変更に携わっていきます。製造/運用データの分析に基づいた設計変更や改善提案を行うことができ、自身が設計・改良に関わったエンジンが、日本の空・安全を守る実感を得ることができます。また、社内、ベンダにおけるエンジン/部品の製造・修理に関わる図面やマニュアルの改善や品質向上のための技術検討に加え、部隊で実際に使用されている運用・整備マニュアルの改善や日々の運用に対する技術支援など、幅広い業務に携わっていただくことを期待します。
