- 航空機用エンジンの性能を決める空力要素の設計・開発に携わっていただきます。高性能と構造健全性を兼ね備えた空力要素を開発するため、CFD（数値流体解析）を用いた翼形状の設計作業や、他のメンバーが設計した翼形状と組み合わせ空力要素として設計をまとめる作業にも関わっていただくことを期待します。また、社内試験設備や共同研究先設備における要素試験の計画および試験の実施も担当いただきます。さらに、直近の設計・開発業務に加えて新技術の研究開発も推進いただき、世界最先端の空力設計技術の研究を担っていただきます。

開発試験（単体・実証）における計画立案・実施・試験データ評価

- 入社後はいずれかのエンジン機種担当として、航空機（戦闘機・哨戒機・練習機・ヘリコプター等）用エンジン及び各種部品における改良設計を行っていただきます。エンジンには海外ライセンス製品と同社が独自に設計している製品があり、顧客からの要望や海外情報を踏まえた部品の寸法や表面処理などの細かい設計変更・図面改訂から、機種によってはエンジン全体に関わる大きな設計変更に携わっていきます。製造/運用データの分析に基づいた設計変更や改善提案を行うことができ、自身が設計・改良に関わったエンジンが、日本の空・安全を守る実感を得ることができます。また、社内、ベンダにおけるエンジン/部品の製造・修理に関わる図面やマニュアルの改善や品質向上のための技術検討に加え、部隊で実際に使用されている運用・整備マニュアルの改善や日々の運用に対する技術支援など、幅広い業務に携わっていただくことを期待します。
