- プレイングマネージャーとして、当グループで扱う粉体製品の分析やリサイクル関係の化学分析などの現場作業に加え、部門長補佐、若手指示教育などをお願いします。まずは現場業務を中心に業務上の管理から行っていただき、スキル・ご経験にもよりますが、徐々に管理業務をお任せします。
業務内容：
表面分析研究開発、製造など当グループからよせられる原料から製品、材料や設備に至るまで多種多様なサンプルを、電子顕微鏡などの装置を使ってミクロン～ナノレベル領域の物の状態を評価しています。

サンプル加工(切断、研磨、微小、薄膜化等)
使用機器の選定、条件の検討、測定、報告
化学分析原料・工程中間品・製品など、製造に関わるあらゆるものを対象とし、分析における最も主要な分野です。
溶液化や分離などの前処理と分析機器等での測定を行って不純物の含有量、構成元素の割合などを調べます。
分析結果が原料購入価格や製品の合否を決める基になります。
