Responsibilities

研究開発・製造技術開発を推進いただきます。主な業務は以下の通りです。

• セラミックス材料の研究開発および製造技術の企画・推進
• 粉体、スラリー、焼結プロセスに関する実験・評価業務の実施
• 新規材料・製造技術の開発に向けたプロジェクトマネジメント
• 製造プロセス技術の確立とスケールアップ、品質・性能評価の実務推進
• 国内外の技術動向調査および社内外の関係部門との連携・調整
• 研究計画の立案、進捗管理
• 成果を活かした事業展開に向けた提案・報告

Requirements

必須条件：【能力・経験・語学力】

• セラミックス材料（焼結・粉体・スラリー）の基礎知識および実務での実験・評価経験（業界不問）
• 航空宇宙、ガスタービン、半導体などの異業界での研究開発経験があれば望ましい
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験があれば望ましい
• 英語による技術文献の読解や海外拠点とのコミュニケーション能力があれば望ましい
• 国際学会発表経験、委員会活動経験があれば望ましい
