  Responsibilities

  This role provides the opportunity to lead and coordinate M&A, investment, and business restructuring initiatives within a globally active technology organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support strategic decision-making throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from investment evaluation and due diligence through negotiation and closing. The position offers broad exposure to domestic and international transactions and the opportunity to contribute directly to corporate growth initiatives.
  Main responsibilities:
  Serve as PMO for M&A transactions, investments, and business restructuring initiatives
  Conduct strategic alignment assessments, business evaluations, valuations, and risk analyses, and lead submissions for executive decision-making
  Coordinate business, financial, tax, and legal due diligence activities as well as transaction negotiations
  Drive transaction execution while coordinating internal and external stakeholders
  Participate in process enhancement initiatives, including the future application of advanced technologies to financial and investment workflows
