Responsibilities

This role provides the opportunity to lead and coordinate M&A, investment, and business restructuring initiatives within a globally active technology organization. Working closely with senior leadership, you will support strategic decision-making throughout the entire transaction lifecycle, from investment evaluation and due diligence through negotiation and closing. The position offers broad exposure to domestic and international transactions and the opportunity to contribute directly to corporate growth initiatives.
Main responsibilities:

• Serve as PMO for M&A transactions, investments, and business restructuring initiatives
• Conduct strategic alignment assessments, business evaluations, valuations, and risk analyses, and lead submissions for executive decision-making
• Coordinate business, financial, tax, and legal due diligence activities as well as transaction negotiations
• Drive transaction execution while coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in process enhancement initiatives, including the future application of advanced technologies to financial and investment workflows

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• At least 6 years of practical experience in M&A or business investment activities, including approximately five acquisition and/or divestiture transactions
• Experience identifying key issues and developing response plans in at least one due diligence area (financial, tax, legal, etc.)
• TOEIC score of 850 or above, or equivalent English proficiency
  • English proficiency sufficient to support international transactions

Preferred qualifications:

• Working knowledge of taxation, accounting, and corporate law, with practical application experience
• Experience with complex transactions such as carve-outs, joint venture establishment, or post-merger integration (PMI)
• Experience leading or supporting international transactions
• Demonstrated leadership across internal and external stakeholder groups
