■業務概要AD/ADAS（先進運転支援システム）に関するお客様の声を継続して吸い上げ、システムの改善していきます。グローバル品質保証部門が集めたワランティ情報をについて一時解析を行い、改善すべきシステム・部品の絞り込みをおこないます。
顧客からダイレクトにクレームを受けるのではなく、市場分析を行い社内連携のもと、世に出た製品の不具合を改善していくポジションです。電子部品やシステム知識を広く活かしていくことができます。
■業務詳細AD/ADASに関するお客様の不満、部品の故障などのワランティ情報を各国（グローバル品質保証部門等）から入手
そのワランティ情報を、蓄積された車両データや過去データなどを踏まえつつ、一次解析を行い、市場で発生している問題の原因を特定し、改善案を策定（必要に応じてサプライヤと連携）
その後、改善対象となるシステム・部品の担当者に連携しつつ、改善に向けた全体のマネジメントを実施
