These machines are used to reduce the moisture content of sludge generated during wastewater treatment, thereby decreasing the volume of industrial waste. Responsibilities

品質管理部門の管理職候補として、部門管理および事業計画の策定、他部門との連携を行います。

• 品質基準の確立と維持
• 業務プロセスの監視
• データ分析と報告
• 従業員の教育と指導
• 顧客対応と苦情処理
• ISO9001の推進
• 部門内のメンバーの育成評価
• 業務プロセスの見直しと改善
• 自部門の事業計画策定
• 経営陣への定期的な報告提案
• 他部門との連携強化

Requirements

必須条件：

• 産業機器メーカー、部品メーカー等での品質に関わる実務経験(目安5年以上)
• ISO9001に関わる実務経験(目安５年以上)
• チームリーダー経験(目安3年以上)
• 品質管理検定(QC検定)2級相当の知識
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
