Responsibilities

• グローバル電子部品メーカーである当社にて、ご入社後は、サプライヤーの品質管理とCSR管理を含めたサプライヤーマネジメント業務をお任せします。品質・CSR管理強化のための責任者クラスの募集となります。

■具体的な業務

• サプライヤーの品質管理および各種マネジメントシステム(ISO9001、IATF16949等)の推進
• グローバルでのサプライヤーCSR管理業務の推進
• 職務内容は多種多様なサプライヤー管理に関連する包括的な内容を含みます

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 品質保証に関する知識・経験：マネジメントシステムのISO9001、IATF16949、ISO14001等を理解し、対サプライヤーの公的監査員資格をお持ちの方
• CSR(社会的責任)に関する知識・経験：ISO26000(組織の社会的責任に関する規格)並びにRBA(責任ある企業同盟)の内容を理解し、VAPによるサプライヤー監査・是正処置指導といった業務遂行の経験があり、それらの国際標準を活用するマネジメント能力
• 英語でコニュニケーションが取れるレベルの英語力
