洗浄装置の販売拡大にともない、営業を技術面から支援するグループの強化のための採用となります。特に米国や中国顧客へのプロモーションを対応いただける方を探しています。

同社の展開する半導体製造装置の技術営業として、下記業務をお任せします。
TELや所属営業部、グループの方針を理解し、上長やメンバーと共に顧客の要求や目的をヒアリングして自社の製造装置をプロモーションし、高付加価値で販売。
新仕様や機能について、工場の開発チームに相談して実現を検討。
納入済みの装置を担当FEと共にサポートし、次期投資や新たな機能に活かす。
必要に応じて上長・先輩社員の指示・指導・アドバイスを受けながら、分析・判断・企画提案を実行する非定型業務を担当。
■働き方：
残業は10－20h繁忙期：30－40h
繁閑ありますがフレックスや在宅勤務も活用しながらフレキシブルに勤務も出来る環境です。
月2回程度の出張が発生します。(米国、中国、熊本などの国内)

社内および現場において、製品のメンテナンス、修理、校正をISO17025関連基準に従って行います。
社内および社外の顧客に対して、リモートおよびオンサイトで障害診断とトラブルシューティングを行います (必要な場合)。
実施されたサービスの実行と文書化を含む、国内外の顧客とのメンテナンス、修理、校正の調整を行います。
顧客および社内のスペアパーツ要件を担当分野内の関連部門と調整および評価します。
サービスとサポートのケース管理をします。
