【会計】
会計帳簿確認
月次SAP締め
勘定照合：月次、四半期
会社法決算対応：会社法決算の作業計画案策定、J-GAAPに準拠した会計帳簿、事業報告、計算書類等や関連議事録の作成
監査対応：監査法人の任意監査の対応・官公庁報告
【資金】
資金状況を把握し預金残の最適化をめざし、不正・異常な動きがないよう管理をお任せします。預金残確認：週次で預金残高とSAP帳簿残合致確認
資金予測
実績報告：週次―ドイツ本社へ各種報告-ドイツ本社トレジャリーとのコミュニケーション
関連会社間借入対応
租税条約の届け出
キャッシュフロー/Working Capitalの改善

グループ各社のホールディングス機能を担う同社にて、買掛金、売掛金、社内間取引、出張経費処理、日常的な総勘定元帳記入、税務を管理監督いただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
買掛金、売掛金、旅費や経費分野における月次決算の日常管理や監督
経費や売上高の記録
グローバル本社向けの月次、四半期の報告書作成のフォロー
財新規会社のM&Aにともなう内部統制、監査要件への準拠を主導
10名のチームメンバーのフォロー
※最終的な経理状況の報告先はフランスになりますが、普段の業務では担当となるグループ各社の代表者と連携しながら業務を進めていただく予定です。

10名のメンバーで構成されており、40代を中心に、30～50代で活動しています。
