■具体的な業務内容

• 契約書の審査・作成
• 法律相談対応
• 訴訟対応
• M&A関連業務
• その他法務業務全般

■入社後の流れ
各事業会社・社内部門から寄せられる契約書の審査・作成、法律相談対応を中心にお任せします。
対象となる契約は、基本契約書、業務委託契約、取引先との各種契約、知的財産に関する契約など、グループの事業運営に関わるものが中心です。
最初から全てをお任せするのではなく、これまでのご経験に応じて契約法務を中心に、社内関係者や社外弁護士と連携しながら、知財・訴訟・M&A等にも段階的に関わって頂きます。

• 契約書の審査、作成に関する実務経験
• 社内関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら業務を進められる方

■歓迎

• メーカーでの勤務経験
• 知財関係契約対応経験
