Responsibilities

• M&Aによる新規子会社及び新設会社の経理まわりのスキーム検討業務
• 海外子会社の会計処理の検討、関連部門及び監査法人等との調整業務
• 海外子会社経理業務（日次・月次）及び税金計算全般
• 四半期及び年度決算業務、連結作業（会計基準間差異調整含む）
• 海外子会社の法定開示書類等確認
• 監査法人対応 ・海外子会社の内部統制整備及び文書化、J-SOX対応 
• 日本及び現地の監査法人含む専門家対応
• 取締役会など各種会議体レポート対応

Requirements

必須条件:

• 日本語及び英語：ビジネスレベル
• IFRSの知識・実務経験
• 連結開示業務の流れを理解している方
• J-SOX対応
• 公認会計士関連資格又は同等の経験

歓迎条件:

• 監査法人における上場会社主査経験
• 経理関連のPMI対応の経験
• 海外子会社コントローラー経験
• クロスボーダープロジェクトリード経験
• 日本会計基準の知識・実務経験
• 監査法人対応、上場会社（もしくは上場準備会社、上場会社の連結子会社）での経理業務の経験
• 新規サービスや新設子会社、業務改善などそれぞれにおけるスキーム検討の経験
