グローバルな保険／金融サービス事業を展開する保険会社の本社経理部門において、海外子会社とも連携をしながら各種の国際税務対応をリードするポジションです。
＜主な業務内容＞
タックスプランニング（税務戦略）の立案・実行、及び、グループの税務ガバナンス態勢の強化
CFCリスク管理、Pillar 2導入対応など、海外子会社と連携した各種の国際税務関連業務への対応
組織再編、M&Aや事業投資案件に対する税務面からのサポート
上記に付随する決算・申告業務、税制改正対応、税務調査対応等

M&A・事業投資等に関する税務分析、国際税務、新税制の導入等の新たな対応領域の拡大に伴い要員を増強するため。
■キャリアパス：

- １）乗合保険会社（約20社）との毎月の精算業務 顧客からの日々の振込を受け、契約管理システムと収支明細表に入出金の履歴をつける
月末に代理店手数料を差し引き保険会社へ送金
通帳残高を合わせ部署の毎月の収支を確定させる
２）海外提携保険代理店との精算業務 海外提携保険代理店へ営業スタッフが請求したFeeの日々の入出金管理
海外提携保険代理店との年に一回の精算業務。海外代理店毎（約40社）に、前年の契約リストをシステムから抽出し、翌年に紹介料を算出し支払う。
海外提携代理店との入出金履歴に基づき、毎月の収支を確定させる。
３）その他、経理事務 毎月の契約実績のリスト作成、営業との確認作業。
毎月の部署の経費処理（事務消耗品費、新聞代、駐車場代等の様々な経理の伝票起票とシステム入出力）
