Responsibilities

• 移転価格税制への対応業務
• 国内外のグループ会社における国際税務問題対応
• クロスボーダー組織再編（株式移管、清算、組織形態コンバージョン等）
• 海外グループ会社を含む社内各部門との調整や取りまとめ
• 税務調査対応
• 関税対応
• 連結納税業務
• 2国間協議（APA）の対応
• CFC税制（タックスヘイブン）の観点でのリスクマネジメント
• BEPS対応（CbCR＝国別報告書の作成）

Requirements

• 3年以上の移転価格コンサルタント／事業会社での国際税務業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• クロスボーダー組織再編の業務経験
• 連結税務業務経験 ※海外出張や海外子会社の関連部署および関連機関とのコミュニケーションを英語でとって頂く機会が発生致します
