■主な仕事内容：
買収などによる適切な法人組織の再編成の計画実行を外部の弁護士や税理士を活用しながらリードする
新規ビジネスやビジネスモデルの変更に伴う経理・税務面からのアドバイスを社内に対して行う
日本法人の税務申告業務、税務調査等への対応、事前確認制度の活用
会計基準変更や税制改正に伴う社内プロセスの体制構築
日本法人の米国会計、日本会計の決算業務、会計監査への対応
