Execute sourcing activities within the markets as identifying and driving projects across commodities within their responsibility to achieve Sourcing-relevant goals like automation, spend consolidation and supplier optimization. ◆キャリアイメージ初期勤務地は関東圏の生産拠点となり、原料や部材、製造工程、当社製品を深く理解いただきながら、製品や工場のキャパシティ、モノづくりのプロセスについての知見を深め、調達業務に必要な基盤を築いていただきます。
工場勤務では、製造に携わる現場メンバーと直接コミュニケーションを取りながら、調達業務に欠かせない「現場視点」を身に付けることができます。このような経験は、将来的に調達のプロフェッショナルとしてキャリアを形成する上で、極めて重要なステップとなります。
基本的には3～5年で異動・転勤があります。多様な調達品目を担当したり、開発段階から関わるなど、幅広い業務経験を積むことが可能です。
将来的には、ジェネラリストとして成長する道や調達のスペシャリストを目指す道の双方があり、希望や適性に応じたキャリア形成が可能です。
工場での調達業務を習熟した後、マネジメントへのキャリアアップを目指したり、適性によって海外勤務の可能性もあります。
（現状ではマネジャー以上の社員の半数以上が海外勤務経験あり）
