Responsibilities

新製品開発プロジェクト（NPP）における購買部門の代表として、クロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながらサプライヤー選定・コスト管理・プロジェクトマネジメントを推進していただきます。

• クロスファンクショナルチームで構成される新製品プロジェクトにおける購買代表としての参画
• 購買ターゲット達成のためのサプライヤー選定プロセスのリード・推進
• 新製品プロジェクトにおける財務状況のモニタリング（購買KPI：部品費、型費、サプライヤー開発費）
• Quality Gateごとのトップマネジメント向けレポーティング
• クロスファンクショナルチームおよび購買メンバーを支援し、製品SOPに向けた準備を推進
• モデル別マテリアルコストの最適化活動の企画・実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験またはサプライチェーンマネジメントまたは購買での業務経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力と英語力をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• 自動車業界でOEMまたはTier-1コンポーネントメーカーと仕事をした経験
