- IR業務全般をご担当いただきます。決算準備決算ストーリー作り、想定QA作成、裏付け数値の確認、決算説明会企画運営、Webサイト掲載など
決算発表後の機関投資家取材対応（当面は同席して議事録作成、将来的にはスピーカーとして対応頂きます）
事業説明会の企画立案、実施から社内展開迄：ストーリー作り、管掌事業部門との折衝・資料作成、運営企画、Webサイト掲載、社内周知徹底
個人株主・投資家対応全般：個人投資家からの問い合わせ対応、施設見学会の企画実行、説明会の企画実行

マネジメントクラスとして各PJTを主体的に牽引いただきます。

投資家面談（国内／海外機関投資家・アナリスト等）
IR関連ドキュメント（決算開示資料他）の作成
IR Web対応（日英）
開示関連法制度、市場ルールの変更等への適時適切な対応

■キャリアパス：
IR担当としてのキャリア形成だけでなく、将来的に財務の専門家/オールラウンダーを志向する方には、部内ローテーション等にて、経験・スキルを積み上げていく機会を設けることができます。
■働き方：

■業務詳細：
◇当社財務情報及び非財務情報の開示：
当社の情報を投資家に提供するため、決算説明会や有価証券報告書、IR Webサイトなどを活用して、経理部門を始めとした他部門と協力しながら財務情報及び非財務情報を開示すること、またそのための資料作成。
◇投資家との面談：
投資家からの問い合わせに対応するため、面談や電話、メールなどを通じて投資家とコミュニケーションを取るとともに、投資家からの意見や要望を収集し、企業の戦略や経営に反映すること。
◇新規機関投資家の開拓：
IR担当役員とともに当社への出資に関心を持ちそうな国内外の機関投資家にアプローチし、常に新たな機関投資家を開拓すること。
◇株主総会の準備：
総務部門と協力しながら株主総会の案内や議決権行使方法の説明、会場の手配、議事録作成など、株主総会に関わる業務を行うこと。
◇IRイベントの企画・運営：
SNS活用を含めた機関投資家及び個人投資家向けのイベント（ラージミーティング、1on1ミーティング、IRセミナー等）の企画や運営を行うこと。
◇メディア対応：
広報部門と協力しながらメディアからの問い合わせに対応し、企業の姿勢や情報を正確かつ適切に伝えること。
