■具体的な業務内容
ブランド価値を最大化する商標戦略のリード商標ポートフォリオの設計・運用
国内外の出願・権利化・更新管理、模倣サービス・不正使用・冒認出願への対応
ドメインやなりすましアカウントへ の対応
機密情報・営業秘密に関する知財コンプライアンス体制整備・運用リード機密管理規程に基づく情報の取り扱いについて、関係部門と連携したグループ全体の体制整備・運用をリード
グローバル拠点を包むグループ全体への知財ガバナンスのリード海外開発拠点の拡大に合わせ、グループ全体の知財ガバナンスを設計し、英語でのコミュニケーションを通じて国境を越えた知的資産の保護と活用の最大化を推進
知財リテラシー向上に向けた社内教育のリード海外開発拠点のメンバーと連携した、拠点ごとの知財研修策定・実施
