Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 知財管理システムやIT/AIソリューションを活用した、（知的財産の維持・管理業務の範囲を超えた）知財業務全般やその運用の効率化、高度化および変革の先導及び支援

Requirements

必須要件：

• 知的財産全般（特許、商標）の維持・管理業務または特許実務（権利化・活用等）の経験者［3年以上］、かつ企業における知財業務の全体像に十分な知見を有する方
• 知財管理システムの導入、システムを活用した維持管理または運用の経験、またはIT/AIソリューションの業務での活用経験があればなおよし
• 科学技術系または法学の学士歴
• 企業（特に製薬企業）の知的財産部経験あればなおよし
• 関係者を巻き込みながら、主体的に課題を抽出し解決策を導き出す
• チャレンジングな目標を設定し、成果を出すための当事者意識と責任をもって目標達成にコミットする
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（TOEIC750点以上）
