■ポジションについて
Data Platform本部のQAエンジニアとして、AIデータプラットフォームのコア基盤のQA戦略策定や実行のリードを担っていただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
プロダクトビジョン・事業戦略・組織状況を踏まえたあるべき品質の定義
ミッション達成のためのQA体制や仕組みの構築（QAメンバーの育成や採用含む）
テスト戦略の策定、テスト計画・設計・実行のリード
プロダクト仕様の品質観点でのレビューや改善提案
ソフトウェアデリバリープロセス全体で自動テストと手動テストの継続的なテスト推進
その他、品質に関する課題提起や施策の企画・推進

■所属組織について
Data Platform本部への配属を想定しています。コア基盤開発チームは現在、マネージャー含めて2チーム10名程度です。
Data Platform本部には他に、データ解析、解析基盤の開発、新領域の探索、Agent基盤の開発など、複数のチームが所属しており、互いに連携しています。

定義されたテスト戦略に基づいて、効果的なテストに適切なテスト方法を選択します。（テストの種類、テスト手法、自動化、ツールなど）
プロダクトバックログレビュー会議/要件レビュー会議に参加して、ユーザーのストーリーと要件を早期に明確にし、テスターの視点を提供します。
要件ごとに期待される結果を持つテスト設計とテストの準備と実行に必要なタスクを作業計画として定義します。
テスト戦略に基づいてシステム統合テストのシナリオとケースを特定し、テストを実行します。
開発者から提供されるシステムテストケースと結果を確認します（開発者＝外部ベンダーの場合）
コミュニケーションまたは欠陥管理システムを使用して、発見された欠陥およびその他の問題を策定します。
テストの進捗レポートを随時展開します。
アプリケーションの回帰テストのためのテスト自動化を推進し、再利用のためにテストケースと自動化スクリプトを保守します。
どのテストを自動化する必要があるか、どのレベルで、どのツールを使用するかをチームでまとめて定義します。
プロジェクトの振り返りを行い、PDCAサイクルを実行します。
