  製品開発におけるソフトウェア開発の効率化、標準化を推進し、開発効率と品質の向上に貢献します。 ソフトウェア開発環境の構築において、以下の業務を行います。
  ツール：企画、選定、導入、運用をユーザニーズと社会動向を鑑みて、同社の最適な環境を整備する
  手法：ソフトウェアの開発プロセス、ツール・システムと併せたチーム開発手法の導入 いずれも新技術などに広く関心を持ち、次代の開発環境のあり方を描き、主導する役割を担うことを期待します。
