Responsibilities

あなたの開発が、世界中の眼科医療を変える！眼科医療の未来を支えるクラウド型ITソリューションを開発するリーダー候補を募集します。 （1）医療現場のデータを活用したクラウドベースの眼科診療支援システムを設計・開発（2）医療現場の課題を収集・分析し、次世代眼科ITソリューションを設計・開発（3）UI/UXのプロトタイピングや実証テスト（A/Bテスト、実地検証など）を実施

Requirements

■必須条件：下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• ソフトウェア開発の要件定義・設計・試作・設計検証の工程経験ををお持ちの方（医療機器またはクラウド環境での開発経験を含むことが望ましい）
• プロジェクトの進捗管理経験（JIRA、Redmine等を使用し、タスク管理・進捗モニタリング・レポーティングを行った経験）
• エンジニア・プロジェクトマネージャーとの技術的調整経験
• チーム開発経験（コードレビュー経験など）
• UI/UX設計および医療現場でのユーザビリティ検証経験
