■ポジションについて
社内ネットワークの専任担当（テックリード）として、課題の特定、設計・構築からトラブルシューティング、新技術の導入までを一貫して担当します。
プレイングマネージャーとしてリアーキテクチャ、運用、トラブル対応も含めて組織体制や中長期的な戦略を含めて根本解決を主導していただきます。

脱VPNを見据えたゼロトラストネットワークの構想・実装
SD-WANなどによる多拠点接続の最適化

運用改善・信頼性向上FortiGate、Aruba、Cisco等のネットワーク機器の設定・管理
障害発生時の原因切り分け（Zabbixなどモニタリングツールを利用した分析）、恒久対策の実施
脱属人化に向けた自動化、標準化

クラウド・サーバー領域との連携AWSやデータセンターとの接続設計
