  事業の急拡大に伴い、社内の業務プロセスも複雑化しており、生産性の向上が経営上の重要課題です。
  そこで、中長期戦略「AI ERP構想」の実現を加速させるため、CEO直下に専門組織を新設しました。
  生成AIやRPAを前提に社内業務をゼロベースで再設計する「AI BPR」を全社的に推進します。
  本ポジションは、その第一人者として、まずは特に定型業務の多いバックオフィスやセールスオペレーション領域から改革をリードし、
  生産性を大幅に向上させることを期待しています。従来のBPRや業務改善の枠を超え、
  “AIが活躍することを前提とした業務そのものの再設計
  ”をリードする役割 をお任せします。

  ■ポジションについて
  
  CEO直下で、各事業部門の責任者と連携しながら、AIを活用した業務プロセスの変革を上流から下流まで一気通貫で担当します。
  
  ■具体的な業務内容
  業務プロセスの分析と課題特定：各部門（Marketing, IS, FS, BizDev, CS, Finance等）の既存業務の可視化と課題特定を行い、AI/RPA導入による効率化インパクトを試算・特定する。
  AIオペレーションの設計・構築：DifyやMake等のiPaaS/LLMツールを活用し、セキュリティ・コストマネジメントを考慮しながらAIを組み込んだ新しい業務フローを設計・プロトタイピングする。
  プロジェクトマネジメント：関連部署（情報システム、プロダクト開発）と連携し、AIオペレーションの全社導入プロジェクトを計画・推進する。
  効果測定と改善：導入したオペレーションのKPIを設計・モニタリングし、継続的な改善サイクルを回す。
  ナレッジマネジメント： 最新技術のリサーチ、成功事例や構築ノウハウを活用しやすい状態に、全社的なAI活用リテラシーの向上を牽引する。
  その他：イベント登壇・記事発信、レベル別制度の設計、社内イベント・勉強会の企画、オンボーディング支援
