- 当社では、デジタル化推進による、お客様の利便性の向上、社内業務のオペレーション効率化に注力しています。その結果、生活者・事業者にとってより豊かな決済インフラを実現することを目指しています。当部では、それら新規案件の実現・決済インフラの安定稼働を目的に、オペレーション領域におけるデジタル化と飽くなき無人化をとことん追求しています。
業務内容：
事務処理を実施している部署に業務詳細をヒアリング、業務理解を深めていただきます。
その後、業務の断捨離を実施した上で、デジタルスキームを投入し、効率化効果が最大となる取り組みをご検討いただきます（＝Discovery・余地把握）。
余地把握を基に、開発チーム（主にUiPath・Saleforce・マクロ・Access・AIOCR）と議論を重ね、最適スキームを選定・開発を進めます。
開発は専門チームが実施するため、プロジェクトマネージャーとして各開発案件を成功へと導いていただきたいと思います。
