Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

• This position will be tasked to support Workday systems operation - the responsibility centers on but not limited to the technical design but also the functional aspect of the end to end processing of HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Performance and LMS.
• Manage the daily intake and outtake of tickets coming in from Service Now.

• このポジションは、HCM、採用、コンペンセーション、タレント、パフォーマンス、LMSの技術的および機能的サポートを含むがこれらに限定されないWorkdayシステム全体の運用を担当する。
• サービスナウから送られてくるチケットの日々の入出庫を管理し、社内メンバーやベンダーへの適切な分配を行います。
• 担当者はまた、Workdayとの取引について常にコミュニケーションとアップデートを行い、ステークホルダーを管理する責任を負います。

Requirements

必須要件：

• 以下、5年以上の経験
  • Workday 導入
  • Workday サポート保守
• 語学力
  • 英会話：ビジネス会話可能
  • 英文：ビジネス文書可能
  • TOEIC：700以上（目安）
  • 日本語：ビジネスレベル
