■具体的な業務内容
風力プロジェクト開発に関連する土木工事
開発チームのサポート
BOPの競争入札における土木工事に関するRFP準備、成果物の技術審査および契約交渉
BOPの詳細設計の設計管理
BOP土木工事の施工方法およびコスト評価の技術審査
NK認証を含むMETI施工計画の準備および提出
新技術および契約タイプ選択を考慮した土木工事のコスト削減調査
RFP準備（土木工事）、成果物の技術審査およびタービンサプライヤーとの契約交渉
BOP請負業者とタービンサプライヤーとの間での技術的な議論およびインターフェース管理
プロジェクトマネージャーのサポート
資金調達のサポート
内部チーム（東京）および本社（アメリカ）とのコミュニケーション

- Responsibilities
- 海外に納入する水処理プラントエンジニアリングのプロジェクトマネージャー、及びプロジェクトマネージャー候補生への教育を担当していただきます。
業務内容：
新設するグローバル展開への支援チームのメンバーとして、主として海外プロジェクトを専門で対応するミッションです。
対象国はプロジェクト次第ですが、東南アジア～欧米含めてグローバルに展開する計画です。
直近ではアメリカ現地法人の支援が優先業務となる予定です。
本チームは海外出身者を中心として、社内公用語は英語にて業務を行います。
海外案件のプロジェクトマネージャー育成へのトレーニングプラン立案、指導も行います。
※転勤とは別に長期出張あり
