Responsibilities

■業務内容
カーボンニュートラル関連を含む国内外のプラントプロジェクトに参画いただきます。
プロジェクトの初期検討（FS）段階から、設備計画・基本設計・詳細設計を推進し、国内外のビジネスパートナーやエンジニアリング会社と協議を重ねながら最適な設計を実現していただきます。
対象となるのは石油・石油化学・電力プラントなどの大型案件で、計装・制御領域の専門性を活かしながら、プロジェクト全体の品質・安全・コストを考慮した設計検討を行います。
英語でのコミュニケーションを通じて海外パートナーとの調整も担うため、グローバルな視点で業務を進めることができます。
同グループは、若手からベテランまで幅広いバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが集まり、活発な議論を通じて新しい技術やアイデアを取り入れる風土があります。
水素、CCS、SAFなど次世代エネルギーに関わる案件も増加しており、社会課題解決に直結するプロジェクトに携わるやりがいを感じられる環境です。

■組織構成
メカニカル技術グループは、約23名の専門エンジニアで構成され、部全体では116名規模の組織です。
若手からベテランまで幅広いバックグラウンドを持つメンバーが在籍し、中途入社者も約20％と多様性のある環境です。

■働き方

• リモートワーク可（週2回程度）
• 月平均残業時間は約20時間程度
• フレックスタイム制（コアタイムなし）や裁量労働制も導入

Requirements

• 石油・石油化学・その他エネルギーや化学分野のProject経験
• 電気計装エンジニア経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• 水素、CCS、SAF、合成燃料など次世代エネルギーや新たな事業開発に興味のある方
