Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 全社的な安全管理に係る計画の立案および実施を一貫して行うアドバイザー（マネジャー候補）のポジションです。
• 労働安全、輸送安全、請負業者HSEの管理に関する会社スタンダードやガイドラインの開発、維持ならびに改善
• 当社国内及び海外事業の各プロジェクトフェーズにおける安全管理の技術支援
• 事故報告、事故詳細調査の支援、事故教訓の作成、安全統計分析
• 安全に関する教育訓練の計画ならびに実施
• 安全に関する安全監査、プロジェクトHSEアシュアランスレビュー
• 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 国内または海外企業における安全管理に係る計画の立案および実施に関する知識と経験（7年以上）
• 安全リスクアセスメントの様々な手法や実施に関する知識と経験
• 労働災害防止、安全文化や意識の向上に関する知識と経験
• 安全管理に係るチームマネジメントや他部門との協業の経験
• 英語での会議・交渉時におけるビジネスコミュニケーション、英文による契約書等の資料のレビュー・作成に不自由がないレベル
• プロジェクトHSEチームや本社HSE部門をリードした経験を持つ方

歓迎要件：

• OHSAS18001／ISO45001導入や維持管理に関する知識と経験
• 国内の安全衛生関連法に関する知識と経験
• 石油・天然ガス上流開発事業の労働安全管理に関する知識と経験
• 輸送機（陸上車両、ヘリコプター、船等）の安全に関する知識と経験
• プラント建設現場、造船所や大型構造物製造ヤードなどの現場安全管理に関する知識と経験
