ユーザーベースの拡大とブランド認知度の向上を通じて、楽天家計簿の成長を牽引するマーケティングリーダー
を募集します。
数億円規模の年間マーケティング予算を管理し、戦略立案、実行、およびチームマネジメントを担当していただきます。
■具体的な業務内容
マーケティング戦略・戦術の策定と実行
Google／TikTok 等の広告運用における方針策定・最適化
大規模インターナルキャンペーンの企画・推進
KPI設計・モニタリングと改善アクションの実行
ユーザーセグメント（例：ロイヤル層／エントリー層）の定義と顧客管理施策
データ分析に基づく課題発見、新規施策の立案
データサイエンティスト／開発／プロダクトチームと連携したインサイト創出
マーケティングオペレーション改善、自動化の推進
チームメンバーのマネジメントおよび育成
