経営層と社員をつなぐ架け橋として、社員のエンゲージメントや帰属意識を高め、ビジネス目標の達成と事業の円滑な運営を支援します。
日本およびASEAN地域を担当し、グローバル・リージョナルチームと連携しながら、APAC全体の社内コミュニケーションをリードしていただきます。
主な業務内容:
リージョンの社内コミュニケーションチームと連携し、日本およびASEAN地域の社員に向けて、事業内容・戦略・企業価値への理解を深める社内コミュニケーションを推進
事業の優先順位に基づいた社内コミュニケーション戦略・施策の企画および実行
社内コミュニケーションプログラムの設計、運営、効果測定
経営層向けコミュニケーション支援（メッセージ作成、GMプロフィール作成、スピーチポイント、タウンホールや社内ミーティング用資料作成など）
リージョンのリーダーシップチーム、人事（HR）、各部門の責任者と協働し、全社的な社内コミュニケーション施策を推進
