Responsibilities

オペレーション管理およびパフォーマンス向上（30％）

• 複数チームの運営を統括し、サービス品質、在庫、配送状況などの管理を通じて、顧客満足度向上と予算達成を推進

組織マネジメントおよび人材育成（20％）

• マネージャーおよびメンバーの育成・指導を行い、組織力強化やエンゲージメント向上を推進

プロジェクト推進・業務改善（20％）

• 業務改善や部門横断プロジェクトをリードし、業務効率化や品質向上に向けた取り組みを推進

パートナーおよびベンダーマネジメント（15％）

• 取引先や委託先との関係構築・管理を行い、サービスレベルや業務品質の向上を推進

戦略推進および部門間連携（10％）

• 関連部門やステークホルダーと連携しながら、事業目標達成に向けた施策の実行や改善提案を推進

※その他、組織運営に関わる業務全般をご担当いただきます。

Requirements

• SCM・物流・輸送・配送・D2Cフルフィルメントの実務7年以上
• SCM領域のチーム管理5年以上、複数組織を統括する管理経験
• 在庫・品質・業務実績、予算・コスト・業績分析の深い知識
• 配送業者、運送会社、3PLとの協業、契約・ベンダー・SLA管理経験
• 業務改善、工程最適化、プロジェクト推進実績
• WMS、TMS、WCS、YMSの実務知識
• 日本・欧米の異文化環境での業務および部門横断連携経験
• 日本語ネイティブ、英語ビジネスレベル、高い部門協業能力
